I had been anxious to see this film for a long time. It was a lot different than I expected it to be, but still a good film. It reminded me very much of Requiem for a Dream, except with a lesser story, cast, and cinematography imo. Ewen McGregor was excellent in the film however. I also missed some of the dialog because of the accents and the fact that I was watching it at two in the mourning after I got back from the bar.
