Rumors and Photoshops?

With GTA, there always seems to be a flood of photoshops and rumors the second a new game is announced. Well, it seems like some pretty big stuff is popping up, perhaps too big.

Of course, take it all with a grain of salt. We've already been told it's Los Santos only, so we're most likely looking at a Shop.

I honestly think that this is fake - in my opinion, if it isn't announced by the developer, then it is fake.

That looks like a desert. Or is just really a far away shot?

Tyler 11-04-2011 06:51 PM

Doubt it.

Las Venturas is DLC. Calling it now. Maybe even San Fierro.

Ash_735 11-04-2011 06:59 PM

It's a Fake.

Johnny-z cannot into leaks. Even if this one is fake, what you're saying doesn't make any sense.

Johnny Z is basically saying, unless it officially comes from Rockstar, officially, it doesn't mean shit.

edit; and it doesn't mean shit

What I am saying us that if something isn't announced by the developer (in this case; Rockstar Games) then I consider it fake. I mean seriously, anybody could've made that map. In my opinion, the fact that the pictures are blurred are a dead give-away that it is fake, also.

Basically this.

Darth_Vader 11-04-2011 07:19 PM

I understand where you're coming from, but just because info doesn't come from the developer's official announcement, doesn't mean it's not real.

TGF 11-04-2011 07:25 PM

The point isn't whether it comes from "R*" or some "developer", the point is, that whoever posted that is most likely a troll looking for massive lulz trying to get as many people to believe it as he possibly can.

The MAIN point is, not to take everything you see seriously. Sure there is a chance it could be real, not really a... very good chance... (even if it is obviously fake) but still. Whether it be legit or not, decide that for yourself.

Ultimately and inevitably you will find everything you need to know out overtime from R* themselves.

Classified 11-04-2011 07:28 PM

It's a reasonable assumption though. Generally if it isn't released by the developer it's not real. However it could be real although unlikely.

Darth_Vader 11-04-2011 07:29 PM

I'll be buying this game regardless. First teaser trailer made sure of that. I'd be happy with just LS and whatever else they decide to include.

*gives a mean look to 360 storage limitations* I honestly think Rockstar would have made GTA: SA2 if not for 360 storage limitations.
Call it a fanboyish wild specualtion, because, well, it is. But it's not secret at this stage in the gen, it's holding the games back.

Not 360 itself, hell in some aspects it's better than PS3, just the storage aspect of it. Stop being stubborn asses and buy a license from Sony to release a Blu-Ray add-on ffs M$.

Sony uses Windows in Viao to better their product, you can use BluRay in 360 to better yours. Though bettering their product comes after world domination for M$.

/random tired rant over

I think they should have done that as soon as the HD-DVD/Bluray war was over. It was a huge mistake, I could list half a dozen titles that would have benefited tremendously from the extra space. Hell, pretty much every game could have benefited if the devs wanted it to with the extra space available.
