Take-Two registers new domains.

Rockstar have snapped up some new domains, all of which sound very much like the spoof corporate titles of GTA IV, including Getalife, Goldberg, Ligner & Shyster, Zit and more. The list so far comprises of:

Itís interesting to note that, rather than operating via a shell group to purchase the domains anonymously, Rockstar went right out and did it in public. It may be a bit much to assume this is definitely one of the early signs of a new GTA, but, well, what else could it be?

I read about this yesterday but not sure how to feel about it, I somewhat think it's linked to other games, but then again, they seem out of era for the other games that are being done.

I think it's common knowledge that a new GTA game is being worked on. If these websites are in fact for it, they should give some kind of grasp as to a time setting. In all honesty, Rockstar have registered domain names too many times before to throw people off, so I wouldn't make much of this.

LifeInvader = Facebook. Haha, this is gonna be awesome. Just the internet alone in GTAIV kept me occupied.

Hmmmm...does this imply that the next GTA will be set in the present day? LifeInvader does sound familiar to Facebook.

Meh, it's easy to make that assumption that LifeInvader = Facebook, but I think R* would come up with more of a clever name....unless Casey knows something we don't. >_>

Nice to hear there's some activity going on possibly with a new Grand Theft Auto title. There's some huge thread on GTAForums about this, and it's funny to be how batshit people go over it.

There was also a report that a stuntman had GTA V on his resume, but he said it was a mistake and he meant GTA IV. But I guess they don't see him in any of the credits for GTA IV so its kinda fishy.

Sounds like present day. Did they do these websites for Vice City? Because that being set in 86, internet really wasn't much of anything I believe. Of course, I was just being born in 86 so I wouldn't remember, but...

How long did Rockstar start snapping up domains before the other games were released? It'll probably be within the year I'd guess, late October like last generation...
