Guests and Users
Guests have limited access to our forums. They can read a majority of the forums available, but they can't make any new topics or reply to posts.
- Registered User (Under Moderation)
When you first register on the forums, you are placed in this group where your first post must be approved by a moderator if it contains spam-like attributes. If your post is approved or if it does not contain links, etc. then you will be placed in the Registered User group.
- Registered User
This is the largest user group on the forums, consisting of all registered users with more than one post who are not inside on of the other groups mentioned below. Registered users all have their own profile pages and can create topics and posts freely.
This group consists of Registered Users who are considered "veterans" of the GTAGaming community. Currently, membership in this group brings a few perks, including a private forum. Entry into this group is based off of votes conducted by current members of the Legend user group. About every five months, a Registered User is voted into the group.

Demotion from the Legend group is at the discretion of staff members.
- Forum Moderator
Forum Moderators have their staff powers allocated for specific forums. Inside their assigned forum, they have the same powers as Global Moderators, but outside of the assigned forum, they are considered either a Registered User or Legend.
- News Poster
This group consists of Registered Users and Legends who have been granted rights to the GTAGaming site administrator panel. There, News Posters are able to create, edit, and delete news posts on GTAGaming's homepage, manage the Picture of the Day, upload images to GTAGaming's servers, and perform various other administrative tasks on the site.
