Loading Music

Ok, so when I jump in a car (and most have different radio stations on) it fires up my dvd rom to get the music ya know? Is there a way I can get rid of this without screwing up my multi theft auto? Can I download a no cd-crack? I have before, before mta came out...:confused:

Re-install the game. When the option comes up asking you to install the radio station files on your PC, check that box off.

OR TURN THE RADIO OFF IN THE OPTIONS MENU ... I THINK YOU CAN DO THIS , YOU COULD ON GTA 3
