Really, the last one I actually enjoyed playing was MC2, never played the first, but I wasn't a fan of 3.

MC3 was a great game, but I think MC2 was the best. The online community in MC2 at the time of release and on was one of the best I'd ever experienced.

No. Atlanta, San Diego, and Detroit were in the original MC3. I believe Tokyo was added.
