Is there a place where you can tune & modify cars for free but you can't take them online or on your career.

Like in the most wanted you had a my cars section where you could get cars and modify them for free but you couldn't use it it in career, you could olny use it ina split screen race.

I'm not a nerd at NFS:MW but... If you want to modify cars for free to the Career, you have to download a Trainer.

I got cheats now that can get me infinite money so thanks for all the help but I had for PS3, thanks anyway.
