Hi,im only 12 years old and i need some help! I have edited a DFF model (cuban hermes) with Zmodeler and i`v edited the texture too,but when i installed my mod i could only see the cuban hermes in complete white!!! I think its a texture mistake but i dunno what to do :( :mad:

I'm not really sure why this happens, maybe it's your video card.
I had the same problem but with a ped dff.
I downloaded pack of skins for the peds, and when i installed all the dff's and the txd's, one of the peds was white.

its GRAPHICS card ; its not good enough to keep up with the new textures. you gotta get a new one or download the latest drivers for the one you already have.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 graphic card.
The texture is the same as in the normal cuban, only with a few small changes (different flame color, different body color) and i think it is not applied properly in the DFF model (i made it a cabrio) :(
!!!HELP!!!:confused:
oh....so that's my problem....I have a Crappy nvidia gforce2 64 mbit.....

Can you give us a screenshot in Zmodeler? I want to see what it looks like, i'm curious...

for a minute there i thought to myself *holy shiznoit, this guy can model!* then i maximized it and saw it was a convertable hermes, and i was like not bad, for a first.

graphics / video card...only way to sort it is to get a new one.

did you install the txd and dff? on Zmodeler in the material editor there are only some MATTE0010 things - in the original dff there are more like: textured whitea28.tga. i've got an advanced video and graphics card and also many other cars installed!

try deleting your ~/models/txd.img
when you start the game afterwards, it will rebuild
the .img with your new textures
