The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion System Requirements

Recommended:

(Obviously cards have come out since then that should work, such as the GeForce 8600/8800)

I highly recommend that you at least meet the recommended requirements if you plan to play it on PC. Although, if they weren't really enough for me. I had a 3.0ghz P4, an 850XT, and two gigs of RAM and the game still ran like crap in a lot of areas, especially in places with a lot of people. Just make sure you have a good dual core CPU and a good SM3 video card and you should be good.

My specs run it maxed at around 20-30FPS outdoors, which is more than playable for this sort of game.
