How do I edit the speed of the game while you are shooting?

do you mean the rate of fire? thats not a main.scm change, its a weapon.dat modification. open it with word and you'll find some handy help within it (if yours is like mine :p)

i think he means slow motion. yes, that is done by scm editing. theres no real way. the best ive seen done is a spawning of adrenaline and walking into it. you could slow time down, but thats useless because you cant move as fast.

well if you doubled the rate of fire, and got adrenaline, you would shoot at normal speed in slow motion.

but you cant walk when youre aiming, which is what you need to do when adrenaline is there.
