Orange Box/Bioshock for me, I've gotten the most out of those two, It sucks though because we can already guess that Halo3 is going to win, Undeservingly.

Yeah, I feel I should say, it's not that I dislike Halo. As a game it is pretty solid, but multiplayer or not that campaign was far too fucking short to be even considered for Game Of The Year, And best graphics? Give me a fucking break. Halo 3 was a big let down graphicially for me. Previous halo games broke new grounds with their graphics on the original Xbox, Halo 3 on the other hand looks like it was made on the Halo 2 engine with minor updates (HDR, motion blur, what have you)
It's a shame really that this will rake in praticially every category it's nominated for, because it was one of the most half arsed games I played in a while (Still better than Halo 2 campaign wise, but damn was it too short. I had it finished in 2 nights.)

Not only is Halo 3 in the running for Best Graphics but Mass Effect was on there too, With all the graphical bugs that games suffers why is it on that list? But Uncharted for example is not, Not only that but Infinity Ward isn't in the running for best studio and neither COD4 (easily better then Halo) or Mario Galaxy are on the list for GoTY. This smells of bullshit to me.....

Halo 3 will take out GoTY but it should go too either Bioshock or The Orange Box in my opinion...

Halo 3 does not have "Best Graphics-worthy" graphics.

Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, hell at some parts even BioShock.

Halo 3 graphics are basically crisper Halo 2 graphics, tbh.

I didn't like what I saw of BioShock enough to consider it GOTY. The Orange Box would be a terrible choice for GOTY.

Not necessarily... While it is the best looking game available (if you have a $3000 PC), it's not really a technical achievement like a lot of the console nominees are. Crysis is just a ton of new and traditional effects thrown together to create something that's waaaaay too far ahead of its time... and therefore hardly anyone can play it on even the lowest settings.

Well, IMO. Most of the games on those nominees list suck, and not just the GOTY. But there arent that many games that should be there. But like some of you said. Where the hell is Call of Duty 4. Its a really fun game. But im probably not going to pay attention to this years VGAs. I have my reasons. But maybe next year. Since gta 4 might be out. Maybe even Gran Turismo 5 or Final Fantasy 13. or Hell even Killzone. yes, those are all PS3 games. but ive always been a sony fan. But that doesn't mean i dont like the 360. But i just say give it a little time when you start seeing the big guns of all the consoles roll out. We may not have seen the last of what all three of these consoles. Even the Wii. It may not have the kind power that the ps3 or 360 has but it may surpise us all. Ya Know?

The GT5P trailer was OK, but it didn't show a lot of new footage. Everyone is waiting to see more of the amazing London track that was in the TGS trailer, but it wasn't shown. :(

Wow, The majority of those games actually got what they deserved, Don't know about Halo 3 best multiplayer though, I've had more fun with friends this year on several different games that eclipse Halo 3.

LittleBigPlanet looks immense though, I am liking the theme song as well. It's going to suck when all the retards make immature crap online though :(
