i have downloaded many map mods to change buildings n stuff but how can i just fiddle on photoshop and replce certain files myself like the billboard for exploder n stuff??? and other buildings too.....what progam or tool do i need to scroll through all the images that vice citys has so i can modify it instead of hoping someone makes a mod to replace things that i wanna change?
