gta texter to change the name
you go into C: > program files > gta vc > mp3> put all your mp3s in, you will have an mp3 radio station :)

well, im glad you liked it, your the first person to say something about that at random, thx. I thought I kinda messed up with that mod just a little. I'm going to make a new Version with better stuff, maybe spend some time and make some of the building bloody, i dont know yet. Im also working on my SOCOM II MOD, witch will have cool SOCOM Skins, witch actually do look good, and along with a newer Amry Base, but changed to a Navy SEALS Base...so that will keep me busy.

well, what is it that you need help doing? Basically all you really need it ViceTXD..I have that, IMGTools, and TXD Workshop for the hell of it...all you have to do is open up gta3.img witch is believe is in your System folder, but im not sure...then, there is a HUGE list of TXD's that you can REMOVE and EDIT them to whatever and then REPLACE the old ones with your new one...it's fairly easy, but ,very time consuming...give it a try and experiment with it...

also, my next mod...well, for Vol. 2 of BLOOD SKULL, im going to be editing EVERY Ped. it'll take a long time, but when it's done, it should make the MOD a lot cooler...plus im gonna have the peds all bloody and the streets bloody, maybe change some of the peds around, like cool Devilish Police...lol. it might take a while, but man, i'll try to get Zidane or Kodo to post it up on gtagaming if they will.

PM me and ill give you my e-mail..or if it's in my Profile then get it from there, and you can ask me any questions and ill be more than happy to share my knowledge with you

I had a question also...I tried to switch the adio in the VC folder with an .mp3 file...and I also renamed it....so...lets say i took a song, and i didnt wanna hear that weird annoying Mall music anymore so i wanted the mall music to be an ACTUAL song...how would i go about changing that....i tried just renaming my .mp3 file to the name of what the mall music file was and it didnt work...any suggestions.

I think gta won't read any mp3.
try to convert it to .wav audio file.
who knows.... maybe it will work.
I tried the same with radio station.
I converted the big .mp3 file that i made to .adf and renamed it to the radio station's name.
didn't work for me ....

thats because you still have the CD in the drive. I don't know why but the Game always refers to the cd rather than the hard-drive. get a no cd patch and take out the no-CD patch

thats why i asked if he had a full install :)
yes youre right

dm90: the game only reads wav for ingame sound effects i believe.

I don't think so...
I think you could do it if you were the developer :P
I might be wrong, but I think that the main gta-vc.exe is the thing you need to edit for more radio stations.
How to edit it, it's another question, and for that I hae no clue.
