Try selecting the layer (as in Ctrl+Click the layer), inverse the selection, 1px feather, then delete 1-3 times.

Well I said 1-3 because I wasn't sure how many times it would take to smooth it out enough :P Looks good though, ska should be happy.

This would actually make a pretty sweet dock icon.

The main reason I tried to leave some slack on the crop was in case he wanted to blend it and didn't have room had I cropped it tightly. I dunno.
