That would depend on your PC specs, i have over 100 mods installed ( mainly vehicles ) and run it at max with a res of 1280 x 1024 ( monitor's max ) without any framerate loss.

I have replaced about 90 vehicles at this point and have a couple of other mods without any probs.

system specs

AMD athalon 64 3000+ (factory spec of 2.0 GHz mine is slightly overlcocked @ 2.2 GHz)
1 Gig of ram
FX 5200 graphics card with 256 mb of Ram

I need to upgrade my G card but am doing just fine with SA @ 1024 resolution
