First of all im pretty sure theirs nothing like this out there and ive looked and looked for it.
Also I know its an entirely horrible thing to ask for bit im a sicko. And i think it would up the realism in the game a tonne
1. Im looking for a mod that would add children to the game, short little people that cruise around with parents, maybe a school bus, ladys with strollers, it just looks like such an odd city with old people and adults but no teens chilren and babys. Besides i know its more than slightly wrong but you cant say it wouldnt be interesting in a disturbing kind of way to go flying down the side walk and mow down a family of four.
2. Also i think a mod where you could use melee weapons while on a bike would be wicked cool, imagine riding down the street on the pcj 600 swinging a katana at pedestrians

but yeah if you read all that let me know what you think and such. possibly try staying away from the stuff i already know.
