can someone please give me a simple noob guide to installing car mods

yea, i already tried that right......and i replaced the rhino with the car but when i use the button cheat to spawn it, my computer freezes and i gota restart it any ideas?

If you got that far into the game, then it must be the mod, the link you posted doesn't work, so can't tell what mod you mean, just go through the mod installation procedure again to double check.

What if i just replace one of the other cars and go round SA and try to find one roaming the streets cause it would have replaced all of that type of car wouldnt it?

The reason it doesn't work is because that mod is for VC not SA.
