Need help with colours

Hey, i need some help, i was using the ultimate editor for san andreas and it came with a error but let me carry on, so i just change the speed of the zr350, nothing else and every single car in the game, including bikes, boats ect. are all black and even when i take them to transfender or somthing and spray them they dont change colours :'( can sombody help because this has annoyed me and i have spent loads of time modding and now i ccant see in technicolour

Here is the original carcols file. Put it in the data folder, vehicle colors should go back to default.
