it seems most of the vcm files on edgefiles are missing... can someone help?
Which files you are looking for? May be we can arrange alternative links for you.

It seems that manually putting the mods in is easier so no worries but thanks anyways

You're really better off doing it manually as VCMM is like SAMI is to SA, in word, unreliable.
