I was wondering if someone could make me a sig using the following image saying noah m5 in medium-sized letters in the left-hand corner.

Noah, remember next time to supply an image that's already as big or bigger than you want your sig to be.

I went as simple as possible, considering that you didn't really specify what you wanted except for image and name placement.
