Tire sizes MAJORLY un-proportioned

I several vehicle mods I downloaded leave the tires very large, the latest being the shelby, one being a bmw, and another being an old caprice classic

now im all for 24's on the lac, but this is not what they meant!

Surely the parameters for wheel size are not put as correct in vehicles.ide file.

Thanks that helps, but what about the bottom of the tire to the ground? the rim seems to go into the ground, perhaps it's still too big?

Should be due to poor modeling by the mod author. You should try the car mods from JVT, they are the best, in my opinion.
