i install a mod using the san andreas mod installer but when i play the game it freezes while it is loading my game. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

You have either got a second edition (V2) of SA, which is unmoddable, use the downgrade patch (http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/GTA_SA_D owngrader_Patch;74661) to make it into a moddable V1.
Or
SAMI has glitched the install, it's not the most reliable installer, to install vehicle mods manualy, follow these simple steps (http://www.gtagaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t= 68413).
