Well, you NEED gta sa if you're making a complete modification. You can't just make a mod without gta sa installed because of the testing needed before releasing it ;)

You haven't got the link right, as it brings you back to this thread, and yes i do see it's showing the correct link in the progress bar, but why not test your link first before posting please.
