Conversion Mods for VC.

Hi people, :D Dp any of you guys know any conversion mods like "Ultimate Vice ctiy","New Vice city 2004", "Vice city Delux", etc, That AUTOMATICALLY changes the skimmer into a jet? Because some mods you jst have to copy and paste into "DATA" and that's it and alll the modded stuff is already in the file done for you. So do u know any mods like" Ulimate Vice city" that has a modded skimmer plane? :D :confused: :confused:
