I have that problem as well, had to put my system clock back 1 hour to get it set right, i PM'd Ash & Voodoo and their both at the right system time and trailer time, yet i'm 1 hour faster. :wtf:

yes it depends on your system clock, rockstar didn't account for the daylight savings time so I had to set it back an hour to get the GTA4 trailer timer working right.
