Umm hi guys first of all... god damn i am too exited over this trailer... so can all ppl but up here some ftp site links where the trailer could pop up so when the timer hits zero we dont have to fuzz around waiting for the main page of GTA to load cuz millions of ppl are logging... so but some ftp sites up for all that when it comes out we can quicky get the trailer :)
I dont have ftp links but www.gamershell.com should get the file in the first minutes i hope. Check it out

Then we see you clicking refresh every 2 seconds and screaming why the site isn't loading since your gonna die from wondering what the game trailer shows.
Hopefully rockstar will upload the trailer to their Youtube acc sooner or later. The first people on the site will probably rip the flash and then upload the vid anyway. So no worries

Gamtrailers.com and Gamespot.com may have it real soon. Also ign.com may have it.
And if i remember there are quite a few TV Programs that will show a live stream from there website. And basicly you can expect the loading on the TV to lag as well :P

It'll be on the official site first, before anyone else, and I wouldn't expect it to be on game sites for awhile later.
Depends how fast people can rip it, you sure can expect a low quality rip within the next 2 hours after release on youtube or etc
