City In Which The Car Is Garaged:
Also, I realize your car gets a different license plate everytime you take it out of your garage, just choose one of them.

i know the hangar is in Verdant Bluffs but if you post anymore cars make sure you say the city its in.

No it's not. The Tornado is used by the Los Santos Vagos, but it disappears after you've taken all their territory.
You can get it by using a carspawner (http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/GTASA_Ca r_Spawner;44628), but you can also get it by using the MROEMZH or BIFBUZZ cheat (I think BIFBUZZ is for Ballas and Grove Street members only.)

Oh sorry, I didn't know you were playing on PS2.
Anyway, I don't know, I only play on PC, but I think it's the same. Ask someone who plays on PS2. :)
