For those of you that don't know. You actually can turn on the Police Light in San Andreas. Find the police helicopter on the roof of the Precint in Persing Square, Los Santos. Fly away and use L3 (PS2) to turn on your light. I'm not sure if people already knew this but it's certainly new to me.

I said PS2 in my post. But I'm sure there is a way you can do it on PC. Whats the alternative button for L3?
Tab. And for XBOX, it's Right Thumbstick Click.

YEah you cant control the light. Which is a total bummer.

Hi everybody, i'm new to GTAGaming.
Is it possible to shoot out the light on the Police Maverick when it's chasing you because i cant seem to shoot it out. I remember before the game came out it was mentioned somewhere on a few websites/magazines.
Has it been taken out or difficult to do?

It's not possible to shoot out the light. I've tried in GTA3,VC and in San Andreas. Unless if you mean VCS then i don't know

Keep in mind it only works at night.

Excellent. That's what I love about GTA. You can play it for years. but you learnsomething new quite regually.

You can turn it off with the horn (don't know the default button).
Didn't know that. What's it on pc?
It is the SHIFT button.
