Isn't that the Army Base? I mean, I see towers and all. Just a wild guess...
That isn't new it's either the army base or starfish island. -_-

It could be the Army base or maybe the studio thing.. Candy Suxx etc

Sorry, But I don't think that's a new Island. More close to looking like the army base.

It's definetly the Army base....cant see further because of draw distance.

I know it has been figured out, but you can tell that the towers are the same in this pic also:

As everyone else above pointed out, it's definitely the army base with few add-ons. :)

Have I said how much I like the new army base? They've actually took it serious this time, haha.

Notice the massive gate. Don't expect to just be able to wander in without fatigues any more. That part of the water was relativley unexplored in Vice City (the storyline didn't take you there at any time), So its an easy mistake to make.

True ^^^. It will be a bigger part of the game now, its in a lot if screens etc.
