Rockstar and Take Two announced Max Payne 3........3 years ago WTF happened?!
If anybody has any answers I would greatly appreciate it.

You can't rush these things, after a string of good games a company will then take some longer time to create a great game, just look at Duke Nukem Forever or Chinese Democracy.
Max Payne 3? I've never heard any news or even rumours about it.
They are not even working on it. They cancelled a it while back.

Yeah well,it wouldn't have been done by Remedy,so I guess it wouldn't have worked out okay.
