^yeah, it's ugly. I have a feeling this is yet another "boomerang"; a marketing gimmick Sony's using to get attention. Then, at TGS, Sony will probably create a newer, revised box cover, making fans happy and stabilizing the endless hype for the PS3.

To be honest, if these covers were for just normal DVD Cases, they would look quite nice, It gives the art a more Cinema Poster feel to it.

Yeah, like Larr said, it creates more room for the actual boxart. I just wish they were a little more creative with what they do with their own logo etc.

Exactly. I don't remember, but I can imagine that I liked the PSX covers back then, but look at them now. Good for a laugh.
