It's not part of MeTV, it's before the flash is completely loaded. Sounds pretty awesome to me, could this be the VCS theme?

Yes, I also thought it could be the theme. Sounds very suitable. I like it.
I also believe that's the VCS theme. And, it's already available (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=2562 96) for download. :)

Thanks alot Asif, its a great theme. I didnt like the LCS one much, but this is very fitting.

New theme sounds awesome. I notice with VC and VCS themes they start off slow then get more into it, which is perfect for the 80's. The other ones always get straight to the chase.

Nice one, Asif! Intro definitely sounds awesome and will fit perfectly with 80's theme of VCS. Couldn't imagine a theme for Vice City in the 90's - modern day tbh. How do these guys rip this stuff? (Ex. Audio, artwork, etc.).

Although the theme music of GTA never really has much of an influence on me, this one is especially exquisite.

That guy took few hours to extract it out, I wonder what was he doing. :\
