IMDB.com says that Jorge Pupo will be doing the voice for Alberto Robina.

Name says Alberto, Not Umberto, Alberto is Umbertos Father. ;)

Alberto is Umberto's dad. Weird thing is though. Jorge Pupo voiced Gonzales in Vice City. However he only spoke in one mission so chances that they'd re-use the actor are highly likely.
Ya, that's weird. Actually on the VCS box-art (bottom-left), a guy holding Uzi on a boat is thought to be Gonzales. But that's not proved yet.
