Ghost Recon

ok , so i jus bought ghost recon advanced warfighter for my pc, and i checked it out with System Requirements lab to make sure my computer runs it

and it does (even past the recommended settings)

but, when i open the game, the game LAGS extremely bad, and the graphics are as low as they can be

anyone kno wat the problem is and how to fix it :)

my system specs are
HP Pavilion with 2.6 Ghz w/ HT
Nvidia GeForce 6200 AGP 256 MB
120 GB HDD
1 GB of RAM
and DVD Writer

Well, for most games, that site sucks. It told me SA couldn't run on my laptop (it showed like half the bar of required) and it ran fine, only had a framerate drop for a few seconds every like 3 hours..

You probably run like less than half of what is considered the best graphics the game can put out (including AA and AF). The site is really quite accurate. It was spot on with my PC when it came to a lot of titles, especially Far Cry.

And Streetracer.. I had an issue with the game as well. Everything was black and running at like 3fps, even on low settings. From what I've seen it'll never beat the fun factor of the first anyhow.

No, I tried some stuff but it didn't work. Maybe you can figure it out after a lot of trial and error.

anyone else have any experience with this problem because i've tried all i can think of, even uninstalling the drivers and reinstall them

they are updated and everything, by the way
