It says ther that Navid Khonsari will be voice acting. He voiced Dwayne in VC and SA.

We've known of this news since around March/April when imdb put it up.

He may return as Dwayne - but that doesnt excite me at all. Navid was in all last 4 GTAs - in (VC+SA) he appeared as Dwayne; In III, he called in the Chatterbox to shout about the killer bees; in LCS, he voiced for ped.

I'm sure you'll get to see Jethro and Dwayne in VCS. The mob will have not yet bought them out at the boatyard, so they'll be there.

Dwayne wasnt in GTA III, but his actual voice actor Navid was there doing a part of a caller to the Chatterbox.

Lazlow: "Hello caller, you are on the air. Are you sane!?! Eh-heh...are you a sane caller?!?"

Caller: "Absolutely Lazlow. Killer bees!"

Lazlow: "K..killer bees!?"

Caller: "Yes, killer bees! Did you know that the current migration north continues, we will all be dead in 3 years?!? Do you want to become a bee's supper?!? I don't! That's why we must act now!!! Killer bees must be stopped!"

Lazlow: "I wonder why more people aren't talking about this, I mean, killer bees swarming, and it sounds pretty serious!"

Caller: "Aah...but the killer bees are nothing compared to ants! You can't kill them! They are like sheep, they are going to take over!!"

Lazlow: "Alright, thanks caller."

And in Vice City, you saw Dwyane while buying the boatyard.

The Killer Bee caller in GTA 3 to be precise. "Are you sane, are you a sane caller?" - Lazlow. "Absolutley Lazlow, Killer Bee's" - Navid.

Maybe we'll get to see how Dwayne and Jethro (Cause its not Dwayne without him) come to own the boatyard. Only time will tell.
