Ok, So I stole something from the 'Fighters Guild' in Anvil and they wont let me do any more quests until I talk to 'Vilena Donton', Where do I find her?

Go into your active quests and it will show you on the map. If it's in a big city, you can fast-travel there and it will be on your radar/compass thing.
And a word of advice: ALWAYS quick-save before you do something like that. :P
I would've saved, But I didnt even MEAN to take it...Im walking around then next thing I know they are attacking me and throwing me out of the building.

No, because that would mean you wouldnt be able to quickly loot 3-4 things while the persons looking the other way.

That's true. I go into people's houses, quickly run away from the people inside and steal as much as I can before they can catch up to me and tell me to gtfo. Maybe they could have had an option though.

heh I love the theives guild for that reason, just drop the stuff off and get a little extra gold when needed

you only have a certain number of days ingame time to get the stolen stuff back to the thieves guild before they put a certain ammount of bounty on you.

Don't stop stealing! I have over 100,000 gold and I'm only like a level 16 or 17. But before you steal everything you see, complete the main quest first. If you're on the 360 version, you can't open a dev console if you break a quest.
another way to make fast gold is to just steal everything you can off of enemies you kill and sell it to all the shops in imperial city, armor, shields, weapons, etc. and the value of them increase as your skill level increases, you have to make multible trips this way since you have a carry limit but thank god for fast travel. Overtime after exploring the whole map I got around 600,000 gold

Well, since we're on the subject of Oblivion, anyone know how to take screenshots on the PC (Piggus?)?

use www.fraps.com great program to check frame rate, take screenshots and make videos in any game

There is also a line you can change in one of the files to use print screen. I can't remember what file it is though. 'Twas a long time ago.
FRAPS is your best bet IMO.

bAllowScreenShot=0
just change it from 0 to 1 and save :)

Ok, I have another question. How do I recharge magical weapons? Like the Frost blade, It's 1280/1280 but, I used it in the arena, Now it's 0/1280, How Do I recharge it?

4 ways to do it,
1. you have to use Soul Gems, you can buy them from the Mages Guild Halls
2. a member of each mages guild hall can recharge them
3. The Arcane university has recharging stations
4. Varla Stones from Ayleid Ruins

If you explore the dungeons you can also find Varla stones. You can either sell them for a lot of money or use them to recharge your weapons. One Varly stone fully recharges all of your magical items.

oh yeah I forgot about those, its been a while since I played so I didn't remember all the methods, and yes they are worth like 1000 gold each so I sell them also sometimes
