maybe after playing it for a long time sure :P games make me tired quick, and if you fight the tiredness you could get Motion Sickness/nausea, it all depends on your monitor and refresh rate as well

No, not really. Then again, the last time I played an FPS was on a 14-inch CRT an it was only for a few minutes.

Some games can make me dizzy sometimes, but I can't say I get motion sickness, no.

I'm NOT kidding around here, but your post ALMOST gave me motion sickness a minute ago. I think the only game where I did get motion sickness was a racing arcade game where the cabient/screen MOVED exactly with your car in-game. Lots of tilts in that game!

with a signature like that I can see why T-Virus, *chuckles*

but anyway another thought is the movement in a games engine too that causes motion sickness, one of the Rogue Sphere games I think it was it happened to me

Half life 2 used to have that affect on me. Not since I got a new 'puter though.

Why?

I guess I could get motion sickness after too much playing, but not because of the game itself.

The game I was affected by was Prey, but that was due to the gravity walks :P

I have actually gotten nausea from a lot of fps games.

FEAR, Oblivion, and Prey are just a few.

I've played Halo, and Halo 2 but those seem to give me no trouble.

Never got nauseous from playing a video game. Low frame rates might make you dizzy, however.

That would probably explain why I felt it with my old 'puter but not my new one.

Only game I ever really had that problem with is Call of Duty 2, because of how intense it is.

I dont really get motion sickness or nausea, but my eyes sometimes get incredibly sore after long hours gaming.

Lack of blinking can do that.

^rofl

Well, no, I've never gotten motion sickness from any type of game, it's like getting kicks out of those virtual rollercoaster rides; a line between reality and virtual reality.

Then again, it's just me.

lol @ that, cute Olin +rep :)

I do take a break from games every once a while but I don't play for more than about 3 solid hours at a time
