Is there any news if the Malibu Club will appear in VCS

Well apparently according to the Then and Now Thread at GTA Forums its not there anymore. People said it returns though. However According to a magazine it says there is just a circle road where it used to be. Although many people mistaked this for saying the Malibu is there.

The Malibu Club may begin Construction in the Middle of VCS and be finished by the end of the game.

yea... I like that idea LosSantos4life... that would be cool...
I REALLY hope you'll be able to buy as many properties as in Vice City... I was really disappointed in San Andreas for not making it a bigger part of that game...

i dont think that youll be buying up to much property, since in Vice City you buy up most of the property the city has to offer, you play as Vic Vance, who is Lance Vances brother who worked with Tommy Vercetti, if Vic owned everything in the town, it wouldnt make sense that when he died all of his estates were up for bids instead of going to his brother.

Maybe he put together a will and left properties to a cousin or something because he didn't think Lance would take care of it.
