The barracks oil is back and is creating more mischief.

Looks like a new hotel which is in Little Havana...It looks like it's near the Fudge factory or whatever it's called

Some things should be noted from these pictures...There is gonna be a new bike, The Desert Eagle is making a return..The colours of the cop cars are still gonna be green..Looks like there is a new (Or maybe even old?) character standing next to Victor.

thats not a Desert Eagle on the new pic its a Beretta, not sure wich one but looks alot like a 92F "M9"

and that new baretta looks badass as well, and im wondering if that just the PCJ.
i hope that they dont do what they did with SA here, add a bunch of crappy new bikes and one good one.

apparantly "new" although not very intresting details.
• As revealed before, Rockstar's decreased the clumping of pedestrians. The magazine reveals that the same will be done for vehicles.
• Controls are the same as Liberty City Stories.
• Due to mobile phones not being a common thing in 1984, Vic will be making use of a pager to receive text messages. (This feature was in GTA 3 too)
• Helicopter missions would be a common thing in the later part of the game.
can't say im a big fan of the pager.
i'ld like to see the cellphone back again.

i think you're wrong.
i think the orange-ish (colorblind) building is near the airport, there is this hotel with swimming pool, it is between my dads airport and the harbor
correct me if i'm wrong.
edit: it's marked on this map...i don't have VC on this PC so, someone should go there and make a screenshot

It do looks like the hotel @ Airport, Pablo. No where in VC has such building with same design+color, but the confusing part is that, the hotel looks a bit smaller in the vcs screen. :\
Correction!
Correction has been made as last time I took the snap of the hotel from the wrong direction (from the north) and I missed out an important reference of the pic, which happens to be a Crane.
This one now really look like a re-modelled area by entrance of the airport.

It do looks like the hotel @ Airport, Pablo. No where in VC has such building with same design+color, but the confusing part is that, the hotel looks a bit smaller in the vcs screen. :\

Not sure, the brown building in VC seems to be much farther away than the one in VCS.

i do think it's the same building, because it's the only stair design in that color, so maybe between 84 and 86 the other hotel got demolished and the brown building got bigger
@Asif: Maybe you should move Tommy a bit more to the east and pitch the camera more to the south
Also the roads seem to be much bigger in VC than in VCS...unless they widened the roads or something.
Also there are no overhead wires in your one and there is in my one...also there's about 4 plam trees in the third pic and there is about four in my pic. :P

i know, they should just have the phone ring at the house, or have them page you the number and then you go to the house and call who ever paged you.

That could work, but then it would take longer to get certain missions, I say just give us back the cell phone.
It doesn't matter if its a Pager or a cell phone as long as the games good!!

Yeah, it would just be annoying to read something like in GTA3, like Skiller said, I would rather just have a cell phone, to make it easier. Well Your right, as long as the game is good.

I think it's the '84 model of PCJ. Not necessarily to be the 600 though. So far we have 2 pics of it...front view (http://www.gtavicecitystories.com/image.php?img=s creenshots/psp/082106065110_screen2.jpg)and rear view (http://www.gtavicecitystories.com/image.php?img=s creenshots/psp/080606054423_screen4.jpg) - same kind of bikes in both screens, you can tell.

There is definatley somebody out the side of that chopper. Youd think they have to modify the chopper. Previously you could never see somebody leaning out the side and shooting but seeing as Lance does it in a mission its a given.
Also it looks like someone is hanging out of the chopper in the second screen.

That one seems to be a part of the mission (Turn on, tune in, bug out) - where Vance brothers have to destroy some government properties and quickly raise on wanted levels. It could be either Vic or Lance making gunshots from the side of the chopper.

I dunno, its amazing what 2 years can do to people, especially those like Cassidy.
I definatley would prefer new characters, but seeing it is VC Stories there will be alot of appearances from previous characters, I think.

Really the only thing that points it to being Phil is the shirt. Phil had the exact same shirt in VC. However he had blonde hair and that guys hair is clearly brown. It is much more likely to be the guy in that new artwork.

i think thats actually the mission Say Cheese- Victor is looking for some etxra cash, and there is a job available at the Film Studio on Prawn Island. They are filming a commercial for chocolate and require a stuntman, so your task is to drive around the bay using a jet-ski (on a preset course) while cameramen on a helicopter above you record the footage they need.
After a few spectacular jumps, the jet-ski is taken onto land, where a motorbike is waiting for you. The chase is then continued into the heart of Vice City, and at this stage the improved bike-handling becomes apparent. This mission is designed to introduce you to the city aswell as the basic features in the game.

Ah Ive seen whats happened. Its not from Say Cheese, as there are Barracks Ol's all around. Its alot more likely from Turn On Tune In Bug Out. Where (As Asif Said) you have to destroy a hell of alot of Military/Police hardware.
That black vehicle on the background looks like a Swatvan or Enforcer from San Andreas imo.

Yeah, maybe you're right. But it's a little stange, because the bottom looks like it's a spout of water coming out of the ground. The thing also has another colour.
