what was a moment that you said Holy crap! IM ALIVE! or Just made it in Time! etc.
i dont really got one :/
BTW: i cant get that seaplane to fly in the 2nd movie studios mission. how the hell do i get it off the Ground?
I've got those moment at the Stadium. And then I mean the Bloodring Destruction Derby. Always short of time, too much crashes everywhere... When someone is on fire, and explode, Sometimes you see a whole chain reaction. You must hope that your not gonna be part of it, and get away quickly. Yeah I like the Bloodring.
To fly the seaplane, (the Skimmer) Get speed. Do not go into the waves, that may cause you to slow down each time, that makes it hard to get in the air. Pull the analog stick towards you, or the buttons on the PC, and you'll fly..... Get nosedives for more speed, but don't toutch the water. You'll slow down immediatly.

One time in the Hotring when I was racing past the rival race cars and then one race car ahead of me was on fire and there was also another row of race cars that were just on the brink of explosion and so I had 2 choices: Save my life and risk losing the race ( I didn't save before I did the race and I also did a few other hard missions), or risk my life and go through the wall of fire (or row of cars fire I should say) and risk getting exploded.
So I reved my V8 race car engine and blasted through the cars that were ready to blow up and I passed through them, the cars exploded behind me. and then I said "Holy hell, I made it, I made it!". :D

alright then i was driving in the hotring race and a car flipped and landed in front of me i ran into it but then another car ran into me witch pushed me away from the overturned car and boosted me over the line
Sometimes, when you have like 003 health, you die because to run off the sidewalk..... DAMN that pisses me off. It looks funny. That's a good thing

i just Rememberd one. when i had to get the "Love Juice " and the " Company " for Love Fist i had about 20 seconds left and was 2 blocks away form the checkpoint. it was all great untill... BAM!!!! i just smashed into a car! i rushed to the checkpoint and i seriously hit a car and i FLEW! around and was 2 inces away form the studio and acuhulay got there! it was 4 seconds left.
i died ofcourse. :/
allso i got the plane to Fly but it moves slow as hell. can i speed it up a bit?

the plane? You mean the Sparrow? That one isn't that slow... Just get in the air and do some nose dives untill you've got more speed

In the middle of "Martha's Mugshot" I'm heading to the paint n spray in a Cheetah. I come around the corner and just about to turn into the paint and spray when a cop car comes out of nowhere and pins me to one of the collums of the building. At this time, my car starts smoking and I know that one more good hit and it'll blow up. My problem is that the cop has the drivers door pinned and the other door is up against the building, so I can't get out.
Just then, an FBI Rancher comes around the corner up the street, heading strait toward me. At this point I remember that I haven't saved for nearly 10 missions. So I sit there to see how it plays out. Of course we all know how those FBI guys drive. He comes hauling down the street, smacks a light pole, and looses control. Luckily, he misses me and takes out the cop car that's pinning me to the building.
From there it's a sunday drive into the paint n spray.
In that mission, I always park the Sparrow at the upposit roof, from the hotel. But sometimes, when I fly away, I still get shot by the FBI. They even shoot me out of the air! That's a reason to take a cruel weapon and shoot em all dead.
Or when you go inside the hotel, the FBI guys are waiting for you at the stairs or outside. Don't do that! You'll be dead pretty soon. You don't expect it.....

you can still get out...
my close call was when there was a police cheetah chasing me when i was trying to get some health.a rampaging car that got shot slammed into the cheeta and the i got the health and a car:)

on the mission from cortez where you had to get the tank (i did it with out cheats be afraid!)i went in with a shot gun and a uzi and a 3 rocets i used all the rocets and shot me shut gun so i oly had a bad uzi o i wint up to the tank and shot the driver in the head i got it with only 1 life left and i was like HOLY SHIT! that was close! gatta sav my game :)
I did that mission without cheats too.
I think that when you are trying to piss the cops off, you get lots of that was close moments

I finaly did THE DRIVER, the mission that took me like 500 tries, and on my way, stupid Hillary hit a cop, and it gave ME two stars! Anyway, I thougt I would lose the race AGAIN. But just then, Hillary drove into a building and got stuck. I knew I was gonna win the race. I crossed the finish circle, AND I WON. But then, just when I get out, a cop car hits me and I get sucked under his car and start losing health. This happens alot to me. I'm like, oh shit, I don't bealive I LOST! But at the last little strand of health, 3 HP to be percise, the cars hits a lightpost. I get up and run as the cops are shooting at me and I jack the closest vehicle: a Walton. I doge bullets and cars as I drive like crazy to my mansion. Once in, I run up the stairs to the lovely SAVE POINT!
lol Good story! Happends to me to, getting stuck under a car. When It's really bad, the car stops ON me. So I can't do anything, just waiting to be wasted.
But in the mission The Driver, you are supposed to get 2 stars. Street racing is illegal

some of my favorite 'that was close' moments are going over the canal on the bridge near the police station on the first island.
if youre being chased by the vice cops and run over the bridge, and then all of a sudden they fly over you.
or if youre going over the bridge pretty fast, and catch some air over a cop. its like a movie.
Yeah! I know, It looks really cool. Especially in the Cinematic View. Pretty difficult to get the right camera position.

once i decided i was gonna have some fun with the packer (ramp truck) so i armed it with a bomb so it wouldnt disappear and drove it up the long strip on the second island to the bridge to the golf course. i thot maybe i would try and jump over it with a PCJ
so i left it near the bridge and took a car up to get the bike in the window. well.. between here and there i killed a few hatians, got a few stars, and was running from the cops on my bike in downtown. they beat my bike up pretty bad, and it started to choke out black smoke. well, here i come, back down the long strip and i see my packer, which i had almost forgotten about. two cop cars were following close behind.
i leaned in for top speed, and hit the ramp. my bike caught fire as i soared through the air, over the bridge, catching glimpse of the roadblock ahead. i bailed off my bike and landed on the bridge as it flew in between the cop cars and exploded, sending them in either direction, flaming.
just as i hit the ground, i hit my mouse button, activitaing the bomb on the packer. as it exploded, one cop car was racing up the ramp, and it too caught fire, exploding in mid air as it soared towards me on the bridge.
pretty phat huh? yeah ok it didnt really happen, but it could... oh it could.
Damn... I was gonna say Woow! That is amazing! I'm gonna try that too!!!! YEAH!

I was just driving around in my VooDoo bustin the hydros then i ran over a group od 5 cops so i got 5 stars so i get out steal cheetah.........I'm just driving runnin gfrom the cops who can't drive to save thier lifes...anyway i was driving thru the hood then all of a sudden i come down out of nowwhere the FBI rancher hit my car on the side i flip in mid air crash get slammed car was on fire!! i drive it into the pay n spray and it fixes it just in time then i run ot get my ea sparrow with the mini gun and die everyone die

I think that outfitt sucks. I like the soiree the most.
I was pulling wheelies once, I was going really damn fast with the PCJ and I got to high with the wheelie. I had full live and armor (200 - 200) and I was dead. Did this happend to anyone else?!

no way dude... you couldnt lose 400 points falling off a motorcycle. i think max would be 100 points - if you fell off and then the bike hit you, but that wont happen with a wheelie cuz youll fall behind the bike.
But I was going really fast, And I fell, bumped on the street and losed health. I think like 80 - 90. Then I fell again, futher, and I loosed health again. It might be a glitch or something, But it really happend

You don't have to believe it, You can choose that for yourself:wink:. I only want to say that it real happends, And as I told, It was on a bike. So that's a difference. You can loose much health on a bike. And maybe it was something like a glitch. Glitches are very major in Vice City.

I did the mission with cortez to get the tank and i sniped all the people and the ppl driving the tank got out i killed them and bada bing hauled ass outta there.Also i was trapted once i was on a road road block behind in front left and to the right so i had one choice ROCKET LUANCHER and it worked and i got police bribes l9ved with 1 health

When i had 1 health 6 stars and found health. Other than that no others bad times
Then you are really lucky. That happeds alot, when you're short of health and find a health pickup...
I always have trouble with the police chopper when I'm in the Hunter killing people and cars. I always get on fire, and sometimes he doesn't jump out for some reason. I once jumped out and exacly at that point the Hunter exploded. Damn I wish I had the replay feature. I did survived it btw

When a car is upside down, climb out and jump over it. I managed to jump over it for 3 times, my record:D. Pretty tight, the car explodes fast

Yeah it's like he's scared to jump out the shopper i once was on fire and at it's max accent and i jumped out i had one healt and i laneded in rolled into a health icon then i ran to get armor

I have a truckload of moments like that, but I always forget. But here's one that I remember. I was cruising around in a red stinger at high speeds, and I came near that big old curved bridge near the washington beach police station. It was going pretty fast, and when I went over it, i flew in the air, and was spinning slowly in the air. Then just about a few feet away in the other lane was a police car, and right next to him was a ped. Now, i've had about a year or so of experience with these situations, and also needed some practice on it. as soon as I hit the ground I didn't hit the car, but was coming close to them both. I slammed on the brakes and the backwards button, so I would brake better. I was about it hit it when...I stopped. Boy was that a releif. I hate dealing with popos. (I call the cops popos :)) I got a screenshot of it too. Sorry for the long post but that's the only one I can remember.

I had a close shave when in Death Row My mortasycle got both wheels shot. I barly made it to the end, cause I had colse times of getting hit by the cars.

i was at 6 stars and my life was at 111 while i was on PCG. i fell off doin a wheelie and dat took my life to 1. den a tank jus goes by my to run me over, luckily i'm still breathin and ders a idaho near da pay n' spray. i like cauzin a bit of damage after i do hard missions.
