O yeah sorry forgot.
Anyway, mostly of the times you can hear the title of the song in the song. I think this is one of the exeptions

hey whats up guys im Reject from old GG forums, most of you new members wont know me, but if you were around the time with the big 7 lifts rumor then u may know me...
anyway i keep hearin this song...im not sure what station though emotion..flash..or wave are my guesses..it sounds like the guys singin moterrin whats your price tonight in finding mr.right (or somthin like that) i would have checked the station it was on but it seems everytime I hear it and by the time i realize i should check what station i've already got out of the car or changed stations without paying attention.
