this one is simple(in theory anyway). give the skimmer wheels, put it at the airport(anywhere will do) and rename it the dodo. this mod will give the airport a purpose.

wheels on the skimmer isnt doable...
but i could put the skimmer there :D it would just be kinda useless.

lol agreed on the no wheel thing in order to put wheels on the skimmer u would have to creat a completely new model, txd, coding, entirly adding a new thing to the game which would require ALOT of work
