Miami Vice the show came out in 1984. I wonder if some kind of character's similar to Sonny and Rico will appear in the storyline.
It was cool seeing them in Vice City when you got 4 Stars.

Oh yeah, I didn't think about the show, maybe there could be missions similiar to things that have happend in the show Miami Vice. :) That would be cool.

Well, with Philip Michael Thomas being signed on as the Lance voice again, we might see some Miami Vice references.
Yeah, that show ran 1984-1989 as I said earlier in another post (http://www.gtagaming.com/forums/showthread.php?p= 1279169#post1279169). In Vice City, the guys in the Cheetah police (which shows up after 3 Warning stars) resembled the main characters from Miami Vice. They may return again in VCS. :)

Yeah, and I believe the Cheetah was similar to the car they drove.

Oh Really? I didn't notice that. And Yeah The cheetah did resemble there car like Lettermaniac said right?

It was a Cheetah just with a detective light that sat on the Dash Board just like the FBI used a Rancher(or whatever) But it was Black.
EDIT: I thought he was talking about the car in the game not from miami vice

The car they drove in the original Miami Vice was a Ferrari Daytona Spyder as shown here (http://www.moviecarmania.com/products.asp?cat=30) .

Yep, and in 1986 (year VC took place), the boys drove a Ferrari Testarossa, a car similar to that of the Cheetah.

When you think about it,Vice City was filled to the brim with Miami Vice references... I'm sure VCS will be too :).
