well on the picture galleries i see supras,fast n furious cars,ferraris,and lamborghinis...is this a cheat? or do people jus mess around? and was up w/ dee neon lights? thats real cool! i wuld want a supra w/ neons...so guys this a cheat or wat?

I'm not really sure if its a cheat but I've heard of it before on GG and I'm pretty sure its a mod that people use in their PC version. They covert good looking race cars in the Vice City from another video game like GTA, I think that game is Midnight Club.

they just change shadows, right? i havent done much with them before, so im not the know-it-all here :D

shadows can be changed from your particle.txd file.
