The handling is altered in the file called "handling.cfg" in Grand theft auto vice city/data . I can't help you with the first question... Sry :(

Yes... Handling has been altered, and snow has been added...

I like the snowmod for gta3 better, though, as the palmtrees in vice arent covered with snow...

Which is really very nice, as i never experienced a rainy day while snow was falling!

I think its sad, that when some1 asks: "Where can i get snowmod?" the replies are... "I think it mean they just replace rain", "You change it in handling.cfg" and "Dont understand ur question..."

The question was clear: How do i find snowmod... Not How do i make a snowmod!

i downloaded and played the snow mod, to answer your questions i saw no snow falling, it was just all over the ground and trees, they changed some car colors and skins thats pretty much it though im sorry i just reinstalled vice city if i had the chance i would have taken somne screenshots

However, since vice city is different than liberty, it doesnt happen as often..

no, i meant the speed of the snow falling... i know it falls when rain does - i just wanted to know if it was slowed down or anything. it looks bad if it falls as fast as rain.

Well... The snow itself is not noticeable when falling..
But u remember the raindrops on screen when rain is falling? That looks like snowflakes.

I like the gta3 mod better... MUCH better! But in this case, the question was: "Where can i download the snowmod for vice?"

yeah tha gta3 snow mod was AWESOME i think the tires left tracks in the ground/snow and the way the snow fell/looked it looked liked a fricken blizzard, it was a truely awesome mod, I wonder if that person is attempting the same for Vice?
