The Official Playstation 2 Magazine UK have released a preview on the game. Unfortunatley it seems like they were treated to the same hands on as Gamepro was.
However there are better resolution screenshots and two brand new screenshots over at GTA PSP.

Edit: I was just wondering is it ok to post this because I have noticed Rockstar forced JarJar and Adammc over at GTA Forums to remove any scans from their website. So im just wondering?

Yeah, Rockstar was requesting that GTA Forums removed any scans from the AU Game Pro article. If scans are posted, no one will buy the magazine, Rockstar will make no money. Although, I don't see a problem with scans of just the screenshots.

Yeah the silenced Uzi looks sick :) Hopefully the weapon SFX will be all new and more realistic than all the previous GTA's before it, along with a lot of other SFX.

Dont worry Soldier. Apparently it was pretty much the same preview anyway. Except this one seemed to tell us that there was a new balance indicator while in a helicopter. Similar to that on the radar in San Andreas i presume.

The trailer will be out as soon as the website gets an update. Which will hopefully be really soon. I was hoping today seeing as they usually update there website on saturdays.

This is certainly shaping up to be a mighty fine game and nothing official except for the boxart has been released. MMM. The sweet smell of things to come.

One thing I may remind you that, the first LCS trailer was out on Saturday, 2nd of Sepetember'05. The rest 2 were released in almost a 3-weeks interval (2nd october and 25th October).
Now I should work on those screenies. :)

Edit: New Facts that were in the Article
- One of the games SMG's will be SILENCED
- The Pheonix and Stinger will Return
- Vic has a tattoo on his right arm (not certain if this is customizable)
- Water Effects will not be purely cosmetic.
These seem to just be the screenshots in words. But still interesting none of the less.

San Andreas site updates and trailers were at the end of the month, each of the three months before it's release, the last occuring the weekend before its release.

I never really payed much attention to the VC Trailers never knew about GTA3 untill VC.
SA was cool, but I once agian didn't pay much attention to it's trailers, I went crazy for LCS trailers, Because by then I was a fan of the gta series.
About the 2nd screenshot (http://www.gtapsp.com/images/screenshots/vcs/psp/ big/op3.jpg), it is very hard to find the exact location - but one thing I can tell that, the object with neon lighting, in the background, is most probably a party/cruise ship.
No, it's not Cortez's cruise ship - because the shape really doesnt match and Cortez's ship doesnt have neon either.

The one thats puzzling everyone is the cuban hermes one. And im not sure of the Silenced UZI one. It seems like theres a boat with neon lights yet theres still power lines above it so it looks like land.

Cruise ships can have such cords (not sure if they meant to be for Power supply) above their bodies. You may look at this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Pacific_Prince ss_1987.jpg) for instance.

yes true Asif. But that seemed to be more like a party cruise with a decoration cord. You can clearly see in the VCS image that it is not coming from the ship.
I actually didnt mean the 'decoration' cord, there's a thinner cable besides the decoration cord - that's what I was trying to point out. Take another cruise boat (http://www.ghardytours.com/EcuadorAlbum/images/Cr uise-boat.jpg) for instance also - this doesnt have any decoration cord, but that cable is there.

A new cruise/party ship hopefully. :P

That golf course deal is strange. It's not there in 84 and 2 years later it appears. I bet it's a issue they haven't got figured out yet. How would that be explained.

Looking at the 1984 - 1986 thread at GTAForums made me think. The member who posted up the pics mentioned the boat with neon lights being a party ship, so that may be a sorta Malibu Club equivilant seeing its not there.

You did get money giving asset's in SA , Zero's shop , Four Dragon's casino , Verdant Meadows airstrip , Wang Cars , CJ's house , probably some more i have forgot about....just wakened. :)

four dragons didnt give you anything once you were finished. And there were the small courier things that dont really mean much.
If you look at the full magazine scan of Vic and the boat you can see there is a shiny thing next to his right hand. This is either a hidden package or more likely a way to get inside the boat. PM me if you cant find the full scan.

Ohh yeah, but i enjoyed the assets from Vice City alot better (hence why i forgot they existed in SA) like Cherry Poppers ice cream, the Taxi Company, the printing place and i think they could also come up with better ones like owning a night club or maybe managing a band (similar to the love fist missions).
I cant honestly think of an asset that Victor would try for, do you think of any asset is that never caught Tommy's attention in Vice City?

- A hotel (Theres one we havnt seen before) hopefully Ocean View
- Im thinking the bar you had to steal off DPB security in the mission Bar Brawl that you never even got to own.

What about when CJ gets stoned in SA burning the crops (the screen swayed and everything went hazy) and he could drink to (although there was no drunken effect).

You mean that mission when he burned the weed at Truth's place? I don't remember that effect being used in that mission, or in San Andreas itself, only that Phil Cassidy mission in Vice City where you drove him to the hospital after he became the "one armed bandit".

It does i guarentee you, next time you do the mission stand still and watch the screen move, then turn around and watch the trails on screen and if you look at something bright everything goes hazy me and my mate noticed. I cant beleave you didn't notice! Has anyone else ?
Ya, I remember the 'stoned' effect, but that wasnt intense enough as it used to be there in Vice City.

Of course the the screen is going to sway more in Vice City. Being stoned on Moonshine (or Boomshine as VC called it) is alot worse than being stoned on Marijuana. But yeah there were definately effects. They went away while you were driving though.

The Vice City Stoned mission is more fun.
You can get out of the Patriot and run and around all weird and blurry, and when you shott your gun it's all like weird.
but it's really fun just messing around in that mission. I really wish there were pills all around Vice City like the slow motion pills but instead you get that Moonshine afect. :)

Seeing how Victor is in the army and phil was too, that could be how they meet and maybe Vic and phil get kicked out at the same time (Just a theory).

Or maybe Phil is Vic's superior officer and he kicks Vic out of the army because he's a racist redneck (dont get me wrong he's an awesome character) and then in another mission Vic has to get revenge by taking photos maybe and get Phil kicked out aswell. Just a theory. Yours was better though.
