What is the highest place you can make Tommy go in vice city? Buildings, bridges, trees etc.
without cheats, I think the building where you can go in with a bike. Like the mission 'G - spotlight.'
Witch cheats, use the dodo cheat and get the tank, and you can go to all imaginable places..... Exept the building with the huge spotlight, I think it's the biggest building in Vice City. You can fly right thru it
