I think that skateboarding should be put in the next gta!:peace:
I really like the skateboard games, but they shouldn't put it in the next GTA.
There is no use of it. Why would you 'jack' it from someone, since you can't drive fast, the cops can bust you really easy. THey just put a gun on your head and there you go. And it wouldn't be original anymore, If R* puts every kind of vehicle in the GTA series.

I think it'd be kinda interesting, I'd like to see it, as well as quad bikes, bicycles, possibly even a unicycle. Things like that'd be interesting.

I pretty much agree with Don, mostly because even though I skateboard in real-life myself, I dont think they should put that kind of feature in the game, and plus on a skateboard you'd probably be going at about the same speed and pace as walking or maybe even slower, so no use really, at least in my opinion. :)

I was thinking about buying Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, but it was either that or Vice City and even though Tony Hawk's Pro SKater 4 allows you to go online, I still picked VC, nothing beats that game. ;)

Yea THPS4 has been out for awhile now. Tony Hawk:Underground comes out like next month i think.. you should wait and buy that one.
Anyways, yea.. San Andreas will kill all.. i garuntee. Actually though i have a fealing that SA is going to be much like Vice City as far as the engine and the way everything is setup. I dont think it will be until GTA:5 that were going to see what rockstar really has up theyre sleeve.

Some people at GG used to talk about GTA5 (or at least they used to) I don't know why they were talking about GTA5, since its goig to be a while till it comes out, if theres even going to be one anyway.
Also, you might know some jerk at Game Gossip named 'Hooka33' hes some guy saying people have an inability/incapacity to learn just because they call GTA San Andreas GTA4, even though "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" is the same thing as GTA 4 so they are going to call it one or the other but that Hooka guy won't listen and flames people when they call the next GTA GTA4, what an A-Hole 'Hooka' is.

Yeah, he probably already knew that by now, Andrewman, we all know San Andreas is the next GTA game.

I like that game too.
I don't like it much. I've played it for a little time, It gets boring really fast.

connor: i think the next gta should be gta4. since vice city was not formally titled gta4, i think the numbering will continue with the next.
san andreas/sin city/whatever might not even be the name. i am just going to wait until the next one comes out.

@brokenfish: But some people at GG are not even calling it GTA4, they are disagreeing on it that it will not be GTA4, if you say GTA SA is GTA4, you could start an argument at GG, but thats just some dumb people at Game Gossip who dont know anything about GTA, I agree that GTA4 and GTA SA are the same thing.

My thought is that skatboards are a no-no. The game is named Grand Theft Auto, and stealing skateboards and even bicycles isn't GTA.
Bicycles would be ok. But skateboards.... no
I even thought that you can steel rollerblades. (when I haven't bought the game yet) There where all those screens of Vice City with that girl on rollerblades. hehe that wouldn't be a good idea. Can you inmagine?

That's something I have wondered about, I doubt you'd be able to actually steal them from someone, but it'd be cool if you could carry them like a weapon perhaps, and firing would put them on or off, then you could switch to another weapon.
Wearing roller blades could make the player faster whilst keeping the same controls as on foot, you'd then be able to jump over gaps, but make turning a bit slow or something along those lines, you'd be able to fall over, but the rollerblades would obviously stay on you.
But when you shoot at a girl with rollerblades, she 'runs' away with them. She looks like a gorilla when she's skating fast. What if you have the skates on, and you must go fast? man, I would laugh... That would look like.... like.....you know.. It would look stupit

Exactly, rollerblades are not even going to be in SA so whats the use, and plus you can't even do a drive-by on rollerblades even if you could ride them.

Exactly, Andrewman, just because it sounds stupid doesn't mean its not entertaining. For all you know, it may sound stupid but actually be fun.
Why don't we just forget the skateboard idea. We don't want it to be like THPS underground.... (I heard you can step off you skateboard there)

Why don't we just put rollerblades, and a snowboard.... local skateparks...(I would ectuallt like that, if you go there with your Sanchez, you could do some amazing stunt bonussus)

I imagine that if there was a skateboard, it'd handle kinda like a faggio, but with the ability to do a jump (I think the term is Ollie, but I'm not sure), That could be interesting, I wouldn't want it to play like a skateboarding game though.
Emmm.... yeah, and no, cause it will be easy to get busted then, But only for the ride... maybe.....

why would anyone want to skateboard as transportation? maybe they could include skateboarding pedestrians, but i dont think skateboarding players should be included.
I better see a skateboard than rollerblades... I must admit. Rollerblades.... mobster..... can you inmagine?

Here is my opoion....HELL NO with the skateboarding or rollerblades this is GTA=Grand Theft Auto not Grand Skateboard Auto!!!!
And if you wannt use a skateboard so bad get TONY HAWK!!!!
