Sometimes, but I do not load after finishing a hard mission, so it sort of depends on if I saved before loading then load after getting wasted or busted but not after doing a mission.

with accuracy you kill or hit people with the same weapon. like you kill three people with a short burst of the flamethrower, or kill like 5 people with the molotov cocktail. wheelie just goto the airport with the sanchez, and there is a trick you can use with the faggio to get a really good stoppie time.

stoppies are harder since they tend to sway a little. you need really precise control with tapping or just slightly leaning left or right. its best to go slow for stoppies since they cant turn around like wheelies can.

A better trick for accuracy is to take a Hunter or Sea Sparrow, and shoot at a car. It'll explode, but keep on shooting at that. Only the bullets that hit counts for 'Bullets hit'. The bullets that you fire with a chopper, doesn't count on ' Bullets fired' If you look in my stats, you'll see that I have more bullets hit than fired. I fyou do Brown Thunder missions, your accuracy raises.

Airport, You'll need a Sanchez and (Ps2 version) puch the gas (X) once, and lean back. release the gas button, and keep on leaning back. You can go on forever. If you go to slow, push the gas bottun slightly.

Seaguls are those birds that fly around the city. Take a good spot at the beach and you'll see many of them. Take a sniper and snipe them. (You can only snipe the one with wings. Some are only black spots in the air)

this 'exploit' was fixed in the pc version... :(

Yeah you're right! Wheelies forever, if you press the gas buttom very slightly, you won't go to slow. It's harder on the PC, since you can't push the gas a slightly

same with a controller, or, if you have a ps2 style one, then you can still apply little pressure.

if you use ps2, then your finger wont stay perfectly still for 10 or more minutes (i highly doubt it).

Do you mean the Race itself or the car?The car is next tot eh stadium when you've completed the first Bloodring race.

At the stadium, Get there between 20.00 and 23.59 or else you can't get in. There are three competitions, Dirtring, Bloodring and Hotring. You can see wich competition is on at the huge billboards by the road that leads to the Stadium.

to get the bloodring car, there are two parked at the left of the stadium after you win the competitions.

By killing people and blowing up vehicles:
A good way is just go to the Malibu with a mini-gun or Rocket Launcher and kill everyone. Keep going out and going in so there will be a new crowd each time. Works best for me.

Okay.
Times busted and Hospital visits, I just reloaded the game:p.
The 12 jump flips, I did using a Cheetah and I hit this cement thing in the ground near the Port Authority sign where the Packer is located.
The 2963 rotation, I did on the fountain in Prawn Island.
The 2 wheels, I did with a Cabbie in the airport and it was some hard stuff. Twist the analog stick around until your car starts shaking and is eventually on 2 wheels, from there you must balance it out.
