Real Life Gangs Mod... help installing

hi.. hope this is in the right forum..

anyway... i downloaded the Real Life Gangs mod for GTA SA from http://www.gta-downloads.com/pafiledb.php?act=view&id=6615


now.. i started installing it with IMG Tool.. and i THINK i did everything right.. but some of the grove street dudes show up like this:

anyone know what i did or didn't do that would cause this?

To me it just looks like the .txd file you installed for that person has malfunctioned or is corrupt , try a re-install of mod....
